Consumer Returns and Refunds

 

A consumer (customers who purchase items for their own use and not for resale) has the right to cancel their order and return the goods within 14 days of the purchase or within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the goods should be returned in their original packaging in the same condition as when the goods were originally dispatched, all seals should be intact and the goods should be in a resaleable condition. Products that are damaged, incomplete, are used or have damaged packaging will not qualify for a refund. Shipping fees will not be included in a refund. Any refund due will be made to the payment format that was used during the purchase, for instance if payment was made by credit card then any refund will be issued to the same credit card, if payment was made by paypal then any refund will be made to the same paypal account etc. Products that are faulty MUST be returned within 14 days of receipt. When the goods are returned, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging and the fault has been verified, the product will be replaced.
Consumers (customers who purchase items for their own use and not for resale) are entitled to a right to cancel during the cooling-off period of 14 days - If you wish to cancel during the cooling off period, you can do so by using the contact form on our websites "contact us" page or by replying to the order notification email. You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation. The goods should be returned in their original packaging in the same condition as when the goods were originally dispatched and the goods should be in a resaleable condition. Customers are responsible for their own return delivery costs.
Cancellation will not be accepted in certain cases including where:
The provision of services have already begun with your agreement
The price of the goods or services is dependent upon financial market fluctuations that are beyond the trader's control
The goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications or were personalised for you
The goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
The goods seals have been broken by you and cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons
The goods are audio/video tapes or computer software whose seals have been broken by you
The goods are newspapers or magazines
The goods were purchased at a public auction

If you need to return any goods, you should contact Glow Party you will then be sent by email a Returns Merchandise Authorization RMA number and delivery note, any goods returned without a valid Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be processed and will have to be collected from our office at the customers expense. Once a return has been authorized, the Returns (RMA) number is valid for 10 days. If the goods have not been returned within this period the returns authorization will expire. The returns number MUST be fixed to the OUTSIDE packaging and must be clearly visible or the return will not be accepted. Do not write on the packaging as this may render the goods unsalable.

Commercial Returns and Refunds

Customers should ensure that any goods that are ordered are correct and match the specifications that the customer requires, commercial returns are accepted at the discretion of Glow Party and may be subject to a restocking fee, commercial returns will only be accepted where the goods are in a resalable condition, packaging is in pristine condition and all seals are intact and in the same state as when the goods were delivered. Products that are faulty MUST be returned to Glow Party within 14 days of receipt. When the goods are returned, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging and the fault has been verified, the product will be replaced. Please be aware that goods which are mistakenly returned as faulty will be subject to a €30 fee excluding any collection/delivery charges.

Goods that develop a fault within the warranty period but after 14 days from receipt are entitled to a repair under the warranty. Some manufacturers will require that the end user contact them directly regarding faulty products, and not the retailer, this information should be available in any warranty information booklet which came with the goods, if this is the case please contact Glow Party and we will provide you with the manufacturer contact details. Please be aware that your statutory rights are not affected, if you are having difficulty contacting the manufacturer, Glow Party will contact the manufacturer on your behalf please note - it can take up to 6 weeks for Glow Party to process a warranty repair. If possible the customer should contact the manufacturer directly to avail of the service under the manufacturers warranty.

Any refund or credit will be made after any discount which was offered as part of the order has been deducted. The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with consumer laws of Ireland applicable therein in accordance with EU regulations.
